  • "My first yin yoga training with Sara was super special, a one-way trip to my true self and the medicine of conscious movement. In addition to being a training course with a lot of theoretical knowledge, it was very complete on an energetic, emotional and practical level. Thank you for your wisdom, patience and unconditional love for the yin yoga practice 💙"

  • "Doing my Yin Yoga teacher training with Sara was a deeply meaningful and healing experience. From the beginning, I felt held, supported, and safe. Sara teaches with so much presence, care, and wisdom. Her guidance is gentle yet powerful, helping you truly feel the practice, not just understand it. Through this training, Yin Yoga became more than a physical practice for me. It supported me through grief, old patterns of perfectionism, and moments of anxiety, allowing my body to soften and release. I experienced a level of rest and calm I hadn’t felt in a long time. I’m incredibly grateful to Sara for her heart centered teaching and would highly recommend her training to anyone seeking a deep and authentic Yin Yoga experience."
